Helmut Hofer
[edit]Hi, can you please cite references for the article? Thanks!
March 2007
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external links you added to the page Yogyakarta do not comply with our guidelines for external links. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. — Indon (reply) — 10:55, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Janki! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 5 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Carsten Jensen - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Nomination of Helmut Hofer for deletion
[edit]I have nominated the page Helmut Hofer for a deletion discussion. The main rationale is WP:BLP1E. The inclusion standards for biographies have tightened significantly since 2005, as you almost certainly know, and I believe that it is difficult to justify a page on this unfortunate incident based on the current policy. — Carl (CBM · talk) 02:58, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
GA reassessment
[edit]Pedra da Gávea, an article that you or your project may be interested in, has been nominated for a community good article reassessment. If you are interested in the discussion, please participate by adding your comments to the reassessment page. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status may be removed from the article. --Mdann52talk to me! 07:40, 23 October 2013 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Janki. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Janki~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
